Account owners, or team members with:

• Manage stores

Set permissions in All Apps > Settings > Roles.

Smatyx supports three ways to print receipts and kitchen tickets.

Accessing printer settings

1. Go to All Apps > Sales operation
2. Open the Power menu (in the app bar)
3. Select Printer Settings

Browser printing

The simplest option. When you print, the browser's print dialog opens. Works with any printer your device can see. No setup needed.

Daemon printer

For automatic printing without the browser dialog. A small print service runs on a computer in your network and handles print jobs silently.

Setup

In Power > Printer Settings:

1. Enable daemon printing
2. Enter the Printer Daemon URL (the address of the computer running the daemon)
3. Set which printer to use for receipts and which for kitchen tickets

Kitchen tickets print separately when orders are confirmed and sent to the kitchen.

Peer printer

Connect directly to a printer on the same network. Set the printer's network address in printer settings.

Auto-print settings

In Power > Sales Operation settings:

• Auto-print after payment - receipt prints when a payment is completed
• Auto-print receipt after payment created - prints as soon as the payment record is created
