Refunds

Who is this article for?

Account owners, or team members with:

  • Take orders
  • Manage sales shifts

Set permissions in All Apps > Settings > Roles.

Issuing a refund

You can refund an order from the POS or from Order History:

  1. Open the order
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (more options)
  3. Tap Refund
  4. Choose full or partial refund
  5. For partial, enter the amount
  6. Confirm

The Refund option only appears if the order has been paid.

Dojo card refunds

If the original payment was via Dojo card terminal, the refund goes back to the same card automatically.

Refund status

Refunds show in the order's payment history. If a refund fails (network issue with the terminal), the status shows the failure and you can retry.
